Adelswärdska Villa
On the shore of Lake Bysjön, 15 minutes’ walk from the main building, you have the Adelswärdska Villa, built in 1889 by Baron Theodor Adelswärd. It was built in the National Romantic style with elements of English and American architecture from the turn of the 20th century, and even just the view from the magnificent terrace makes it worth a visit.
The lodge
The lodge, located right next to the Adelswärdska Villa, is a slightly smaller building in the same glorious style as the villa. This is a place you can hire where the setting is a little simpler (you sleep in bunk beds), but the whole house is yours. There is a total of ten beds – ideal for a group of friends who want to spend time together, for teambuilding in a small company or for a family that wants to have everyone stay in the same place. Downstairs there is a little kitchen for self-catering, but you are, of course, welcome to eat your meals in the main building.
